摘要
根据经典平面光弹性理论,对聚合物圆片试样进行径向加载,通过推导加载方向主应力的差值与条纹级数的关系,求出聚合物的应力光学系数,从而提出了一种实用的测试聚合物应力光学系数的方法。使用该方法对聚碳酸酯的应力光学系数进行测量,所获得的实测值与理论值能够很好地吻合,准确度达到99%以上。
A new method on stress-optical coefficient measurement was introduced. The method was based on classic plane- photoelasticity theory. By loading on polymer disc samples, the stress-optical coefficients could be obtained according to the relation- ship between the isochromatic fringe values and the stresses. The stress-optical coefficients of PC were tested by this method, and the results matched well with the theoretical coefficients,its accuracy could reach up to 99%.
