摘要
我国是灾害多发国家,没年都因灾害造成巨大损失。随着城市化进程的发展,城市受灾威胁越来越严重。然而,因为历史原因,我国的灾害风险管理能力不足,抗灾物资储备不足,人们对防灾意识不强,抗灾依赖政府。所以,以社区为单位提高居民抗灾防灾意识,改进社区基础设施建设,完善防灾减灾法律,加强城市灾害风险管理能力,推动社会和谐发展。
China is harassed by multiple disasters,which cause great loss.Cities are increasingly under the threat of disasters in the process of urbanization.However,for historical reasons,disaster risk is insufficiently managed,with short relief supplies,public unawareness of disaster prevention and overdependence on government.Therefore,for society to develop harmoniously,urban management of disaster risks should be reinforced by enhancing public awareness of handling disasters among the communities,improving community infrastructure and perfecting laws and regulations concerning natural disasters.
