摘要
目的观察紫杉醇联合替吉奥一线治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及安全性。方法紫杉醇90mg/m2,静脉滴注3h,d1,8;S-1每天60mg/m2,分两次,餐后口服,d1-14;3周为一个周期,至少完成2个周期。结果 36例晚期胃癌患者PR17例,SD9例,PD10例,RR47.2%(17/36),DCR72.2%(26/36)。毒副反应可以耐受。结论紫杉醇联合替吉奥方案一线治疗晚期胃癌具有广阔的研究应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and security of paclitaxel and S-1 in first-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods The usage of paclitaxel 90 mg/m^2 ,dl and d8 ,the usage of S-1 60 mg/ m^2 bid po, d1-14, after three weeks repeated, at least 2 cyclical chemotherapies. Results The cases of PR, SD and PD in 36 patients were 17, 9 and 10 with mild loxicity. Conclusion Advanced gastric cancer treated in first-line by paclitaxel and S-1 will show vast foreground of treatment.
