摘要
目的研究质子交换膜燃料电池的流场结构对于提高其性能的影响.方法实验测试了PEM燃料电池的伏安特性和交流阻抗,并采用等效电路法研究了燃料电池中的欧姆阻抗、法拉第阻抗和电极电双层的电容特性,分析了电池温度和流场脊宽对燃料电池的伏安特性、欧姆阻抗、法拉第阻抗和电极电容特性的影响.结果研究发现:流场脊宽较大,降低了燃料电池的欧姆阻抗、法拉第阻抗和电极电容特性值.结论流场脊宽度较大,有利于提高PEM燃料电池的性能研究结果对优化PEM燃料电池电极结构,推动燃料电池的应用具有重要意义.
For the purpose of studying on the influence of flow field structure of PEM fuel cell to its per- formance improvement, the experiment tested the volt - ampere characteristic and AC impedance of PEM fu- el cell in the article and studied the ohmage, Faraday impedance and electrode electric double layer capaci- tance characteristic in fuel cell by the equivalent circuit method. In the article we analyze the influence of the cell temperature and flow field ridge width on the fuel cell' s volt ampere characteristics, ohmage, Faraday impedance and electrode capacitance characteristic. The study finds that:Flow field ridge wide is larger, the fuel cell' s ohmage, Faraday impedance and electrode capacitance characteristic are lower. The large flow field ridge wide can improve the performance of the PEM fuel cell. The research results are significant to op- timize PEM fuel cell electrode structure and to promote the application of the fuel cell.
