摘要
在三维非等温单相模型的基础上,比较了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)楔形流场与平行流场的电池性能,且对楔形流场进行了高度及宽度方向上尺寸的变化,分析了其对电池性能的影响。结果表明:随着楔形流道楔高比的减小,楔形流场可提高PEMFC的电池性能;保持流道进口截面宽度不变时,随着楔宽比的增大,燃料电池性能呈先升高后降低的趋势。在浓差极化区(Vcell<0.5 V),楔形流场比平行流场的性能要好,组合流场能提高电池的性能。
The three-dimensional non-isothermal single-phase model was developed. The cell performance of PEMFC with the tapered flow-field and the parallel flow-field was numerically compared. The height and width direction of size changed on the wedge flow field to analysis its battery performance. The results show that, with the wedge-shaped wedge of high flow ratio decreases, the wedge flow field can improve the battery performance of PEMFC. When the channel width is constant, with the wedge aspect ratio increase, the fuel cell performance is first increased and then decreased. In concentration polarized zone (Vcell〈0.5 V), the cell performance of PEMFC with the tapered flow-field is better than PEMFC with the parallel flow-field. And the combination of flow field can improve the performance of the battery.
