摘要
目的考察不同滤料组合方式的净化效果,探索最优滤料组合方式.方法采用接触氧化过滤工艺,在滤速1 m/h条件下,选取锰砂、沸石、陶粒、硅藻土4种滤料,采用不同组合方式构建3个滤柱处理复合微污染地下水.结果接触氧化过滤工艺对水中铁和氨氮均有较好的去除效果.运行稳定后,锰砂-陶粒、锰砂-硅藻土、锰砂-沸石滤柱成熟后:铁的平均去除率为91.95%、93.62%、92.97%.;锰的平均去除率为10.19%、10.13%、10.95%;氨氮的平均去除率为52.83%、50.26%、69.99%;有机物的平均去除率21.07%、23.26%、15.06%.结论锰砂-陶粒、锰砂-硅藻土、锰砂-沸石3种滤料组合方式对复合型微污染地下水的去除效果差别不大.相对而言,锰砂-硅藻土去除总铁和有机物的能力略强;锰砂-沸石去除氨氮的能力略强.
The paper aimed to compare the purifying effect of compound micro-polluted groundwater by dif- ferent filter media combinations and to explore the optimal filter media combination. This experiment chose contact oxidation filtration treatment and adopted three different filter media combinations with prep manga- nese sand, zeolite, ceramics and diatomite, in order to treat the compound micro-polluted groundwater under filtration rate of 1 m/h. The contact oxidation filtration treatment achieved better effect on removal of iron and ammonia from water. After manganese sand-ceramics, manganese sand-diatomite and manganese sand- zeolite filter media are mature:the average removal rates of iron were 91.95 % ,93.62% ,92. 97% ;the man- ganese average removal rates are 10. 19%, 10. 13 %, 10. 95 % ; the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen were 52. 83% ,50. 26% ,69.99% and the organics average removal rates are 21.07% ,23.26%, 15.06%. After stable operation, it was not obvious on the removal efficiencies of manganese sand-ceramics, manga-nese sand-diatomite, manganese sand-zeolite three filter material combinations treating compound micro-pol- luted groundwater. By comparison, manganese sand-diatomite removing total iron, organic matter was better than others slightly;the capacity of manganese sand-zeolite removing ammonia nitrogen was better.
