摘要
以鹤壁煤业集团九矿矿井水的混凝沉淀处理出水为原水,重点研究了改性滤料强化接触氧化除锰工艺的影响因素和运行参数,并对除锰机理进行了探讨。结果表明:采用1%的高锰酸钾溶液改性的锰砂除锰效果优良,当控制滤层厚度〉800mm、滤速为7~9m/h、过滤周期为22h时,出水锰含量〈0.2mg/L;为防止破坏活性滤膜,反冲洗的膨胀率应控制在30%左右。该方法除锰高效,且具有启动快、成熟期短、易改性的特点。
Taking the effluent from coagulation and sedimentation of mining water in Mine 9 of the Hebi Coal Group as raw water, the influencing factors and operation parameters of manganese removal process by enhanced contact oxidation with modified filter media were investigated, and the mechanism of manganese removal was discussed. The results show that l % KMnO4 modified manganese sand can remove manganese stably and efficiently. The effluent manganese concentration is below 0.2 mg/L when the thickness of filter layer is above 800 mm, the filtering velocity is 7 to 9 m/h and the filtering cycle is 22 h. Furthermore, the backwash expansion rate should be controlled at about 30% to avoid damage of active biofilm. This process has characteristics of effective manganese removal, quick startup, short maturation period and easy modification.
