摘要
介绍了350kA系列在应用新型阴极结构铝电解槽技术前的生产状况,同时对新型阴极结构电解槽内衬结构优化情况、焙烧、启动、正常管理及取得的效果进行了介绍。实践表明,采用该项技术的电解槽运行稳定,电压及吨铝直流电耗均大幅度下降。
The production status of 350kA pot line prior to application of new cathode structure pot technology were introduced, and optimization conditions of new cathode structure pot lining, baking, startup and normal management were presented. Practices showed that pots stably operated and voltages and D.C. current consumption markedly dropped.
