摘要
在系列正常生产的情况下,某公司利用增设外补偿母线的方案,对整个系列电解槽磁流体进行优化升级。补偿母线投入使用后,电解槽稳定性显著提升,技术经济指标明显改善。表明本优化升级项目的技术方案、施工方案等都是成功的,达到了预期的技术目标。但实践也表明,本技术的使用也存在一定的局限性,本文也进行了分析。
A compensation bus bar was installed under normal operation of the potline to upgrade its MHD stability. It's shown that the cells have become more stable and good performances have been got. All these showcase that the technologies selected and the installation procedures are successful. However,it's also shown that this technology has some limits in application and this is analyzed in this paper.
