摘要
[目的]观察化痰祛瘀通络方联合西药治疗风痰入络型急性脑梗塞疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将103例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,对照组51例西医常规治疗,治疗组52例化痰祛瘀通络方(生黄芪30g,半夏20g,丹参、当归各15g,生地黄20g,川芎、赤芍、三七各15g,水蛭、石菖蒲、葛根、川牛膝、酒大黄各10g)1剂/d,水煎2次,取混合液汁400mL分早晚口服,口服困难者予鼻饲给药。言语不清加远志10g以祛痰宣窍,痰瘀交阻加桃仁10g以活血化瘀;风阳上扰加天麻10g以平肝潜阳。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学指标。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈11例,显效15例,有效20例,无效6例,总有效率88.46%;对照组痊愈8例,显效13例,有效15例,无效16例,总有效率70.59%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]化痰祛瘀通络方联合西药治疗风痰入络型急性脑梗塞疗效确切,改善血液流变学指标,缓解脑细胞缺氧、缺血和脑循环障碍。

[ Results ] Treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 15 eases markedly effective in 20 eases, 6 eases, total effective rate of 88.46% ; control group, 8 eases were cured, 13 eases markedly effective in 15 cases, ineffective in 16 cases, the total effective rate was 70.59% in the treatment groupmore effective than the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; Hemorheologieal indexes were improved （P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ） , improvement in the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion]Tongluo Huatanquyu combined western medicine wind phlegm into the network acute cerebral infarction exact, improve hemorheology relieve brain hypoxia, ischemia, and brain circulation disorders.
