摘要
使用LK98微机电化学分析仪 ,方波溶出伏安法 ,于pH2盐酸介质中 ,- 0 5v峰电位与pH8 2硼酸 -碱溶液介质中 ,- 1 6v峰电位产生一个灵敏峰 ,分别检测白酒中铅和锰 ,以标准曲线法定量 ,检测限分别为 0 0 0 1 μg/mL铅与 0 0 2 μg/mL锰。方法简便快速 ,灵敏度高 ,适用于白酒中铅锰的分析检测。
LK98 electrical-chemical analyzer was employed to determine the concentration of Pb and Mn in distilled spirit.Sensitive peaks were produced separately at the-0.5v peak potential in the pH2 medium and -1.6v peak potential in pH8.2 medium.Detection limitation are 0.001μg/mL of Pb and 0.02μg/mL of Mn.It's a simple,quick and sensitive method.
