摘要
目的探讨套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损伴牙周病的临床效果。方法收集2010年7月～2011年7月于本院接受治疗的牙列缺损伴牙周病患者40例,均给予套筒冠义齿修复,比较修复前及修复后患者牙齿松动度、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)等变化。结果患者在修复后第3个月、6个月、12个月牙齿松动度得到明显改善,0度、Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度松动与修复前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者在修复后第3个月、6个月、12个月GI、PD、CAL明显改善,与修复前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过X线检查显示,修复后所有患者基牙牙槽骨骨密度明显增加,骨边缘影像清晰,修复体正常无破坏。结论套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损伴牙周病的临床效果肯定,可有效固定牙齿,改善患牙的松动状况,利于牙周组织的正常生长。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of telescope crow denture repair dentition defect combine with periodontal disease. Methods 40 patients with dentition defect combine with periodontal disease in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2011 weretreated with telescopic denture, the gingival index （GI）, probing depth （PD）, clinical attachment level （CAL） changes of patients before and after repaired were compared. Results The tooth mobility of patients after third months,6 months, 12 months were improved significantly,compared with the level before restoration was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.the loose degree of 0 degrees, I degrees, II degrees compared with the level before restoration was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the level of GI, PD, CAL of patients after third months, 6 months, 12 months were improved significantly, compared with the level before restoration was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. the X-ray examination showed that the abutment alveolar bone mineral density of patients after repair was increased significantly,the image of bone edge was clear,the restoration of normal destruction. Conclusion The clinical effect of telescopic denture repair the dentition defect associated with periodontal disease is good,it can fixed teeth certainly, can improve the teeth loose effectively, conducive to the normal growth of the periodontal tissue.
