摘要 电机控制系统的核心开发工作正转变为控制算法的设计,将在PC机上验证好的控制算法移植到单片机或DSP等电机控制器上往往需要对算法重新构造,导致开发效率降低。采用嵌入式计算机PC-104作为控制器不仅可以避免上述问题,而且能够使系统的可靠性提高、扩展能力增强、开发周期缩短。避开硬件电路的设计,将精力集中于接口电路和控制程序的设计上。试验结果表明,以PC-104作为控制器的系统控制方便、性能良好。 The core development work of the motor controller system has being transferred to design the control algorithm.When the control algorithm which has been tested on the PC is applied to the motor controller,the algorithm has to be rebuilt,which therefore will make the development efficiency lower.The PC-104 controller can not only avoid the problems above-mentioned,but also can improve the reliability of the system,and enhance the expansion capability,as well as shorten the development cycle.To avoid the design of hardware circuit,the development work will focus on the design of the interface circuit and the control program.The test showed that the PC-104 system can be easily controlled and perform well.
