摘要 上皮-间质转化(epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是肿瘤侵袭和转移的首要步骤。ZEB1是EMT的关键转录因子之一,在肺癌EMT发生中起重要作用。ZEB1受LKB1等抑癌基因突变、miRNAs(如miR-200、miR-34a)水平、炎症或低氧肿瘤微环境等肺癌细胞内外因素的影响,主要通过抑制E-cadherin表达,引起肺癌细胞表型间质化。此外,ZEB1诱导肺癌EMT可能与TGF-β、COX-2等信号转导途径有关。 Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is the initial step of tumor invasion and metastasis. ZEB 1, a crucial transcription factor of EMT, plays a crucial role in the EMT of lung cancer. ZEB1, affected by multiple endogenous and exogenous factors, such as anti-oncogene mutation, inflammatory and hypoxic tumor environment and miRNAs (miR-200, miR-34a) level, inhibits E-cadherin expression, leading to the induction of mesenchymal phenotype in lung cancer cells. Moreover, TGF-β and COX-2 signaling pathways may be involved in EMT of lung cancer induced by ZEB 1.
