蛙皮素及其受体和核因子-κB与肿瘤的关系
摘要
肿瘤的发生发展与多种内外因素有关。目前已发现,凋亡抑制和增殖能力增强是肿瘤发生的机制之一。蛙皮素及其受体和NF-κB共同的促增殖抗凋亡的特点,使其成为肿瘤研究中的热点。
