摘要 结合型孔深度可变的排种器和内充种式排种器的优点,设计了一种新型内充种式精密排种器;分析了影响排种器单利率的主要因素;阐述了关键参数的确定方法。采用固定凸轮活销机构,使型孔轮的型孔深度根据种子在充填分离、清种定量和排种过程中的要求而变化,使排种器对不同形状和尺寸的种子适应性较好。采用内充种,利用种子的重力和离心力囊种,空穴少,在型孔轮直径相同的情况下,可布置型孔数较多,排种频率较高,适应播种机的高速作业。利用旋转的刷毛式刷种轮清种,清种效果较好且对种子损伤小。该排种器单粒率较高,适用于大豆、花生和玉米等大粒种子的精密播种。 A novel inside-filling seed metering device which combined the advantage of the seeder of variable hole depth with the inside-filling seeder is designed in this paper.The major factors influencing the rate of single seed of the metering device are analyzed.And Expounds the method to determine the key parameters.By using fixed cam and movable dowel the hole depth can be changed to meet the requirements of the process of seed filling and separation,seed clearing away,ration and seeding,which can improve the adaptability of metering device for various shape and size of seeds.The seed can enter into the type hole by gravity and centrifugal force by using inside-filling seed,so the cavity is decreased,and as the amount of type hole is larger and the seeding frequency is higher,so the seed metering device is suitable for high-speed seeder.The unwanted seeds are removed by rotating brush wheel,which makes the seeds less damage.Character with high rate of single seed,the metering device is suitable for planting large size seeds such as soybean,peanut,and corn et al.
