摘要
主要介绍了２ＢＳ－２型玉米精密播种机的主要技术参数、总体设计、主要部件工作原理和结构特点，以及该机田间试验结果。该机采用整体式浮动仿形机构整机仿形，钝角凿形侧深施肥开沟器，组合内窝孔式（或垂直勺轮式）精密排种器，前后分置式八字型覆土器，其原理新颖、传动可靠、使用调整方便，既可垄播、平播，又可按传统行距和大垄双行播种，播种质量好。
The main technology parameters,total design,working principle and structural characteristics of key components,and test results on 2BS 2 corn precision planter (CPP) are introduced in this paper.Whole machine profile modeling of whole type floating profile modeling mechanism,side deep fertilizer opener of obtuse angle chisel shape,precision seed metering device of combined internal cell bore(or vertical spoon wheel),and covering soil part of front back separating character are applied in the machine,thus its working principle is new and original, driving is reliable using and adjusting are convenient.This machine may seed on ridge or level land and traditional row space or two rows in a big ridge.Results of test field showed that seeding quality is better than others.
