摘要
从俄罗斯等国引进优良沙棘品种后,应对其在我国'三北'地区的田间抗逆性进行测定,才能评判其适宜种植的区域和立地条件类型。用于衡量抗逆性的指标很多,本项目主要选择抗旱性、抗寒性和抗病性等指标,并采用直观评判方法,通过对样株逐株观察、登记受害等级、不同等级的株数,计算出抗逆性指标。
Large-scale cultivation and development of seabuckthorn in the last 20 years, a relatively complete standardization system of seabuckthom has been basically formed with 10 items of the indus- try-standards and more than 20 items of the local standards and a number of corporate standards is- sued, and along with seabuckthorn standards constantly improved. Seabuckthorn standards covers the re- sources construction, industry management, product processing and product standards such as the sea- buckthorn seeds, seedlings, nursery, planting, acceptance, efficiency monitoring, juice processing, leaf picking, seed oil, flavonoids, and so on. The introduction of these seabuckthorn standards do effectively regulate the process of seabuckthorn breeding, nursery, planting and management, improve the seabuck-- thorn survival rate, preservation rate and finished product rate, speed up the construction of seabuck- thorn demonstration zones, enhance the quality of seabuckthorn product and the overall efficiency of re- source development.
