摘要
目的探讨新生儿病房医院感染中存在的问题及其管理措施,以降低新生儿病房医院感染的发生率。方法将2011-2012年医院新生儿病房的300例新生儿作为研究对象,在加强病房感染管理措施后,统计新生儿医院感染情况,分析新生儿感染相关因素。结果实施管理措施后,300例新生儿发生医院感染15例,感染率为5.00%;其中肺炎5例、口疮1例、肠炎3例、皮肤感染2例、上呼吸道感染4例。结论新生儿病房的感染管理工作要从源头抓起,完善领导管理制度,加强新生儿基础护理,提高医务人员卫生消毒意识行为,做好环境及物品的消毒工作,对症解决问题,为新生儿提供一个清洁舒适的环境。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the problems in control of nosocomial infections in the neonatal ward so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonatal ward. METHODS A total of 300 neonates who were treated in the neonatal ward from 2011 to 2012 were selected as the study objects; after the implementation of control measures,the incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonates were taken for statistics, and the related factors of the nosocomial infections were analyzed. RESULTS After the implementation of the control measures, the nosocomial infections occurred in 15 of 300 neonates with the infection rate of 5.00%, among which there were 5 cases with pneumonia, 1 case with canker, 3 cases with enteritis, 2 cases with skin infections, and 4 cases with upper respiratory tract infections. CONCLUSION The control of nosocomial infections in the neonatal ward should start from the sources, improve leadership management system, strengthen the primary nursing of the neonates, improve the awareness of disinfection： of medical staff, make done well of the disinfection of environment and objects,and symptomatically solve the problems so as to provide a clean and comfortable environment for the neonates.
