摘要
目的考察团体心理咨询能否有效提升大学生的情绪智力。方法采用团体心理咨询对被试进行干预,在实验结束后比较其前后测差异。结果参加过团体心理咨询的被试的情绪智力在总体上获得了显著提升(t=-3.004,P<0.05),但干预效果在不同维度上存在差异性。其中,"他人情绪管理"维度的前后测差异达到了统计显著性水平(t=-3.386,P<0.05),而其他维度的前后测差异未达到显著性水平。结论团体心理咨询能够有效提升大学生的情绪智力。
Objective To explore the effect of group psychological counseling on university students' emotional intelligence. Methods Using the method of group psychological counseling to intervene in subjects' emotional intelligence ,and compare the dif- ference before and after intervention experiment. Results Subjects' emotional intelligence bad been improved significantly in gen- eral(t=-3. 004,P(0.05). The differences of pre-post test on "manage others' emotion" dimension reached statistical significance level (t =-3. 386,P^0.05),while other dimensions did not reach significance level.
