摘要
目的对柿叶中总黄酮进行鉴别和含量测定。方法通过显微镜法对柿叶进行显微鉴别;通过理化法、薄层色谱法对柿叶黄酮进行定性鉴别;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定柿叶中总黄酮的含量。结果柿叶的外观性状特征、显微特征明显,薄层色谱法斑点清晰,芦丁检测浓度在21.44~107.2μg/mL范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系r=0.9997(n=5);回收率不低于96.0%,RSD≤1.7%。结论柿叶中总黄酮的鉴别、含量测定的研究为柿叶的开发提供了理论依据。
Objective To study the discriminatate, determination and extraction process from the totat flavone of persimmon leaf. Method The persimmon leaf was examined by the method of microscope and chemistry. To discriminate the total flavone chemical of persimmon leaf by TLC. The contents of total flavone in the persimmon leaf was dertermined by UV-spectrophotometry. Result The mophogical and microstructural feature of the persimmon leaf were clear. TLC stain was distinct. Good linear relation ship with absorbaility occurred when the concentration range of rudin was 21.44-107.2μg/mL (r=0.9997, n=5) and its recovery was more 96.0%. RAS ≤ 1.7%. Conclusion The result of study provided the oretical basis for the production.
