摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校实践教学的重要组成部分,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的作用。根据高职院校顶岗实习特点和高职人才培养目标,从岗位任务、职业素养、职业能力、实习效果等方面构建了一套多层次的顶岗实习评价体系;利用TOPSIS法对高职学生的顶岗实习进行评价,并依据相对接近度对学生顶岗实习的优劣进行量化排序。结果表明,该方法具有较强的针对性和可操作性,且计算简便、结果直观,是一种可靠、有效的学生顶岗实习评价方法。
Students'internships are an important part of the practice teaching of vocational colleges, and it plays a very important role in the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges. Firstly, according to the characteristic of vocational colleges'internships and its talent cultivation goals, the evaluation indices for internships quality were created, and the weight coefficients of indicators were chosen by experts. Secondly, TOPSIS method was applied to evaluate students'internships quality, and student interns were sorted by their working quality. As shown in the result, calculation of the TOPSIS method is simple, and its conclusion is intuitive. In a word, TOPSIS method is a rational, effective and scientific evaluation method for students'internships.
