摘要
目的了解门诊处方不合理用药情况,分析产生不合理用药的原因,有针对性地寻求解决临床不合理用药的办法,提高和促进门诊用药的水平。方法随机抽取2012年1-12月处方共10000张,统计分析不合理用药的处方张数、类型。结果本组统计的10000张处方中,有200张为不合理用药的处方,占处方总数2%,其中遴选抗菌素不合理、用法用量不合理、联用不合理、重复给药、诊断与用药不符、配伍禁忌、溶媒选择不当等所占比例大。结论医院应加大合理用药监管力度和药师用药指导工作,合理、规范、科学用药,确保患者用药安全有效。
Objective To understand the situation of the irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions, analysis of the causes of irrational drug use, to seek ways to solve clinical irrational drug use, to enhance and promote the level of out-patient medication. Methods Random sample of 10,000 prescriptions from January to December in 2012, statistical analysis of irrational drug prescription, the type. Results 10000 prescriptions of this group of statistics, there are 200 for the irrational drug use accounted for 2% of the total number of prescription, prescription, the selection of antibiotic unreasonable, irrational usage, combined with unreasonable, repeated administration, diagnosis and medication discrepancies, incompatibility, improper selection of solvent proportion of cases. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the rational use of drug supervision and pharmacist medication guidance, rational, standardized, scientific and medical treatment, to ensure safe and effective medication.
