摘要
目的:了解我院门诊不合理用药情况,以提高和促进我院合理用药水平。方法:抽取2009—2011年我院门诊处方10 800张,从中挑选不合格处方进行分析。不合理用药主要表现为不合理联合用药、超适应证用药、用法与用量不合理、溶剂使用不当等。结果:10 800张处方中不合理用药处方752张,不合理率为6.96%。结论:我院门诊用药存在不合理现象较多,应提倡规范用药,加强管理力度和药师用药指导工作,确保患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the outpatient irrational drug use in our hospital in an attempt to enhance and promote rational drug use.METHODS：A total of 10 800 prescriptions in 2009-2011 in our hospital were collected,from which the irrational prescriptions were selected for analysis.The irrational drug use mainly manifested as irrational drug combination,off-label use,irrational dosage administration and improper use of solvents etc.RESULTS：Of the total 10 800 outpatient prescriptions,752（6.96%） were found to be irrational.CONCLUSION：The irrational outpatient drug use in our hospital was serious.It is advocated to use drugs rationally,strengthen management and pharmacists＇guidance on drug use so as to ensure patients＇medication safety.
