摘要
当前我国农民政治参与意识的基本状况是:从政治参与主体来看,农民的文化素质偏低,民主意识亟待提高;从政治参与内容来看,农民政治参与的范围有限,层次较低;从政治参与的方式方法上看,农民政治参与途径缺失。影响农民政治参与意识变化的主要因素有:经济发展水平的制约;农民文化素质不高的制约;传统政治文化影响的制约;农村干部的腐败行为的制约;政治参与制度不健全的制约。这就要求找到能够提高农民政治参与意识的有效途径。
The basic situation of current Chinese farmers＇political participation consciousness is： from political participation main body looks, farmers＇ culture quality is on the low side, and democratic consciousness should be improved; from political participation of farmers＇political participation in the contents is the limited in range,lower in level;from political participation way method, farmers＇ political participation in the way is lack of effect. The main factors influencing farmers＇political participation consciousness are： the restriction of economic development in general; the restriction of farmers＇ culture quality; the limited level of economic development and political participation ; the influence of traditional political culture; the corruption of rustic cadres and constraints of political participation system. This requires the way to improve their awareness of political participation in an effective way.
