摘要
农业、农村、农民问题是中国现代化进程中一个不可回避的世纪难题。当前社会主义新农村理念的提出旨在探索一种全新的建设模式。社会主义新农村的建设是一个系统的工程,它绝不仅仅是一个经济问题,一个单纯的农村经济每年发展多少、农民生活提高多少的问题,也不仅仅局限于各种制度的建设,农民具备现代的政治文化观念至关重要。它是农村发展的政治文化基础,直接影响着农村未来政治发展道路的选择。培育和引导合理的新农村政治文化是中国政治文明建设中极为重要的一环。
The problem of agriculture, countryside and farmers is an unavoidable problem in the process of China＇s modernization, so at present the suggestion of the concept of socialist new countryside is to probe a brand-new construction model. The construction of socialist new countryside is a systematic and comprehensive project rather than the simple development of rural economy, the improvement of farmers＇ life and the building of rural legislation. It is important for the farmers to have the concept of modern political culture because this is the base for the development of political culture in the countryside, and it affects the future choice of political development there. Therefore, to foster with guidance a reasonable political culture in the countryside is important to the building of China＇s political civilization..
