摘要
为研究不同直径的管道对瓦斯爆炸压力的影响,以期降低瓦斯爆炸造成的危害,在光滑水平管道上,分别接入3种不同尺寸的直管,进行甲烷与空气混合气体爆炸试验。结果表明,在光滑水平管道中,爆炸压力随爆炸波传播距离的增大而递增。接入小直径连通管后,爆炸压力变化情况是,在连通管之前压力显著增大,之后则减小。当分别接入0.28 m长的管道,直径由88 mm变为108 mm时,及直径为108 mm管道,长度由0.28 m变为0.56 m时,各测试点压力均增加。连通管直径变化对压力的影响较长度变化的影响大。
In order to research the effects of diameter and length of pines on gas explosion pressure and reduce the damage of gas explosion, three pipes with different sizes were added respectively to the horizontal pipe in experiments. The results show that in the smooth and horizontal pine, with the increasing of the explosion wave propagation length, the explosion pressure increases, that the explosion pressure changes a lot when small diameter pipes are added : the explosion pressure increases notably in front of the reducer pipe, but decreases behind it, that the explosion pressure increases when the length of pipes is 0.28 m and the diameter varies from 88 mm to 108 mm, or the diameter of pipes is 108 mm and the length changes from 0. 28 m to 0. 56 m, and that the influence of the diameter's variation on the maximum explosion pressure is much more than that of the length's variation.
