摘要
为了解武夷岩茶的质量安全情况,文中采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对武夷山市武夷岩茶进行稀土、铅、铬含量测定,并按GB2762-2005《食品中污染物限量》、NY659-2003《茶叶中铬、镉、汞、砷及氟化物限量》标准评价。所测样品中稀土含量为0.4～26.6 mg/kg、铅含量为0.02～2.2 mg/kg、铬含量为0～4.6 mg/kg。大红袍、肉桂、水仙中稀土合格率分别为90.1%,87.5%,94.0%;铅、铬合格率均为100.0%。结果表明:武夷山市武夷岩茶质量总体情况较好,但个别稀土存在超标现象,应引起相当注意。
To evaluate the quality and safety status of Wuyi Rock Tea, In The paper uses inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ ICP - MS ） method to determine rare earth, Pb and Cr of Wuyishan City Wuyi rock tea,and evaluate according to GB2762 - 2005＂ on Contaminants in Foods Limited ＂, NY659 - 2003 ＂Tea chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and fluoride limited＂standard. It shows that the rare earth content in the samples is from 0.4 to 26.6 mg / kg, the lead content of 0.02 to 2.2 nag / kg, the chromium content of 0 to 4.6mg/kg.The qualified rates of RE ofDa Hong Pao, cinnamon, narcissus are 90.1%, 87.5 % and 94.0 %, Pb and Cr qualified rates are 100.0 %. The present study shows that quality of Wuyi rock tea are generally good on the whole, but few kinds of RE is exceed the standard level, which should be pay more attention.
