摘要
制备多壁碳纳米管修饰电极,并研究秋水仙碱在该修饰电极上的伏安行为.发现多壁碳纳米管能显著提高秋水仙碱的氧化峰电流.通过选择和优化各项参数,建立了一种直接测定秋水仙碱的电分析方法.该方法的线性范围为2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-5mol/L,开路富集2min后检出限为8.5×10^-8mol/L.5.0×10^-6mol/L秋水仙碱平行测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.8%.并成功应用于秋水仙碱片剂中秋水仙碱的含量测定.
A multi - wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) film - coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated, and the voltammetric behavior of colchicine on the MWNT film - coated GCE was investigated. It is found that MWNT film significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of colchicine. All the experimental parameters were optimized and a sensitive electrochemical method was developed for the determination of colchicine. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of colchicine from 2.0×10^-7 to 1.0× 10^-5mol/L. The detection limit is about 8.5 ×10^-8 mol/L for 2 rain accumulation. Tile relative standard deviation( n = 10) was 4.8% for 5.0× 10^-6mol/L colchicine. The proposed method was demonstrated by using colchicine table.
