摘要
目的 :研究急性髓性白血病LRP基因、MRP基因表达与疗效的关系。方法 :用RT -PCR法检测 37例急性髓性白血病LRP基因、MRP基因表达 ,按此两种基因表达分成LRP - /MRP -、LRP - /MRP +、LRP + /MRP -、LRP + /MRP +共 4组 ,统计比较各组疗效。结果 :与LRP - /MRP -组比较 ,其余 3组疗效较低 ,其中LRP + /MRP -组、LRP + /MRP +组存在显著差异 ,但LRP + /MRP +组与LRP + /MRP -组比较疗效基本相同。结论 :急性髓性白血病中存LRP基因表达时 ,治疗疗效差 。
Purpose:To study the relationship between LRP|MRP gene expression and clinical therapeutic results in acute myeloid leukemia. Methods:We analysed the LRP、MRP gene expression using reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) in 37 acute myeloid leukemia patients The four groups were divided according to LRP、MRP gene expression. They were LRP-/MRP-、LRP-/MRP+、LRP+/MRP-、and LRP+/MRP+ group, and the therapeutic results were compared between these groups. Results:Compared to the LRP-/MRP- group,the therapeutic remission rates (CR or PR) in the other goups were low, and there were significant differences in both the LRP+/MRP+ group and LRP+/MRP- group,but the therapeutic remission rates (CR or PR) in the LRP+/MRP- group and LRP+/MRP- groupwere nearly the same.Conclusions:When the expression of LRP gene was positive,the therapeutic results were worse in AML,but when the expressions of LRP gene and MRP gene were both positive, the therapeutic results were not worse.
