摘要
职业经理人是市场经济发展的必然产物,对发展经济、促进贸易、繁荣市场有积极的推动作用。文章根据国际经济与贸易的专业特点和人才市场需求,分析了实验教学改革的重要意义,研究了职业经理人视野下的实验教学体系;并从教学理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、管理制度和仿真教学等方面探讨了实验教学改革的对策,对学生创新能力培养有重要意义。
Professional manager is logical consequence of the market economy development,and has positive impetus role to develope economy,enhance trade and prosper marketplace.The paper analyzed the significance of experimental teaching reform according characteristics of international economy and trade majors and requirement of the talent market.It researched experimental teaching system from vision of the professional manager,and discussed countermeasure of the teaching reform from teaching concept,goal,content,method,management system and imitation teaching.The fruit has important significance to train students＇ creative ability.
