摘要 目的了解精神科护士的工作压力及其原因,并探讨应对措施。方法从在海南省某精神科专科医院工作满一年及以上的护士中随机抽取154名作为调查对象。采用护士压力源量表和个人一般情况表调查。结果 154名调查对象中,70.1%的护士感到压力极大,压力产生较大主要来自护理及工作方面,如工资及其他福利待遇低(占82.5%)、护理工作的社会地位较低(占69.5%)、患者不合作(占67.5%)、护士工作未被患者及家属承认(占57.8%)等。结论精神科护士工作压力较大,应采取公众宣传、积极态度、关心体贴、努力创造良好的工作环境、自我调整等对策,尽可能地缓解护士的压力,保证良好的护理质量。 Objective To investigate the work pressure of nurses in Psychiatric Department and analyze the reasons, and to develop corresponding countermeasures. Methods One hundred and fifty-four nurses who had been worked for no less than one years in Hainan Provincial Arming Hospital were selected as the research subjects. The nurses were investigated by general demography material scale and nurse pressure sources scale. Results Of the 154 nurses, 70.1% felt enormous pressure, mainly from nursing and work, such as low wages and other benefits (82.5%), low social status (69.5%), no-cooperation of patients (67.5%), no-recognition of patients and their families to nurses' work (57.8%). Conclusion Psychiatric nurses have great pressure in their work. We should take some measures to re- lease the pressure of nurses, for instance, to improve the public awareness and create a good working environment, in order to ensure a good quality of care.
