摘要
电子政务项目成熟度概念,来源于软件成熟度模型。在软件开发中,该项目是否能够按照预定的目标、条件成功得到实施,取决于该项目成熟度。为了完善电子政务项目的立项审批工作,提高电子政务项目决策的科学性,需要在立项前首先明确影响该项目成功实施的重要因素,并准确评估这些因素的可实施程度。
