摘要
改善政府投资项目的投资决策体系具有十分重要的现实意义,这也是政府投资项目管理的重要组成部分。文章从政府投资项目全过程管理的角度,分析了我国现行的政府投资项目的审批制度和投资控制的全过程,针对存在的弊端,提出了建立政府项目投资决策体系的建议。
The investment decision system for improving government-invested projects is of great practical significance, and is also an important part of the government-invested projects management. From the angle of the overall process of the government-invested projects management, this article analyses the examination and approval system as well as the overall process of investment control of China＇s existing government-invcsted projects. In view of the existent malpractice, the article puts forward a proposal to set up investment decision system for government projects.
