摘要
同步录音录像具有规范侦查取证，保障公民权利、证明取证合法以及增强办案能力的制度功能，但新刑事诉讼法中有关同步录音录像的规定尚且笼统，实践中选择性录音录像成最大难题。现阶段有必要鼓励对所有刑事案件进行录音录像、对“全程录制”进行严格界定与执行，同时规范同步录音录像的相关操作程序，并在实践中探索同步录音录像实施的制度性保障。
Synchronized recording can play an important part in investigation , ensuring the citizens ＇ right , verifying the truth of the evidence , and making our cases easier to be handled. The New Criminal Law hasn＇ t given us a definite answer to the application of the recording to defend our cases. Selecting recording material is＇ a big problem in practice. Nowadays , the author argued that the video of a criminal case is encouraged , but we need some limiting and limited recording action, while standardizing the operation and lbrocedure so that we can give the synchronized recording a systematic assurance.
