摘要
本文结合近年来我国注射剂不良反应/事件频发的现象,从药品检验专业的角度阐明了其原因本质上并非注射剂本身质量所致,而是注射剂在临床大量无序使用的结果。本文还通过对比国内外注射剂使用现状,对静脉滴注用药途径的合理应用和如何从根本上解决我国注射剂不良反应/事件频发的问题给出了意见和建议,供业内人士和有关部门参考。
Injection induced adverse reaction/events occurred frequently in the recent years in China. Many of these adverse reactions/events happened not due to the poor quality of the injections, but rather the abuse of the injections. After comparison of the use of injections in China and others countries, we proposed some solutions for experts who may be concerned.
