内镜下十二指肠乳头小切开联合气囊扩张治疗胆总管结石合并乳头旁憩室的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 胆总管结石是临床常见病,EST（endoscopic sphincteropapillotomy）是治疗胆总管结石的首选及经典方法,但对于胆总管结石合并乳头旁憩室的情况时,EST难以形成有效的乳头切开,尤其是结石较大时,操作十分困难。EPBD（endoscopic ppapillo-sphincter balloon dilatation）自1983年应用于胆管结石的治疗,与EST相比,
