摘要
试样用碱熔剂熔融,稀盐酸浸取酸化、定容,移取部分试液,通过调节控制分析时各元素的酸度。利用钙镁与EGTA络合常数的对数相差5.8,因此能在镁存在的情况下,用EGTA直接滴定钙,又能以GTA掩蔽钙后,用CyDTA直接滴定镁,以提高CaO和MgO测定结果的准确度,再用硅钼蓝光度法测定SiO2量,实现了氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化硅同一母液合快速分析,应用本法对碳镁球团中的MgO、CaO、SiO2进行测定,结果满意。
The sample is fused by alkaline fusion agent, then leached and acidized by diluted hydrochloric acid, and after that, the constant volume sampling is carried out, a part of testing solution is taken, and the acidity of each elements is controlled by regulation during analysis. By the logarithm difference of 5.8 between calcium/magnesium and EGTA complex constant, in the presence of Mg, the content of Ca may be titrated by EGTA to shelter Ca at the same time, then CyDTA is used to titrate Mg to increase the accuracy of CaO and MgO determination results, then the content of SiO2 is determined by silicon molybdenum blues photometry, realizing the fast analysis of MgO ,CaO ,SiO2 by the same mother solution. By this method, the determination of MgO,CaO,SiO2 in carbon-magnesia pellets is carried out, and the result is satisfactory.
