摘要
试样用硝酸溶解,在硫酸介质中,高氯酸还原抑制剂存在的情况下,以抗坏血酸为还原剂,将六价钼还原为五价,五价钼与硫氰酸钠生成硫氰酸钼橙红色络合物,借此进行光度法测定钼。
The sample is dissolved by nitric acid. In the medium of sulfuric aid, under the existence of reduction inhibitor of perelorie ,molybdenum ( Ⅵ ) is reduced to molybdenum ( Ⅴ ) by tile reducer of aseorbic acid. Molybdenum thiocynnate orange-red complex is synthesized from molybdenum ( Ⅴ ) and sodium thiocyanate,in this case,molybdenum content is determined by speetrophotometry.
