摘要
近阶段一系列食品安全事件表明,当前我国食品安全监管模式在实际运作中还存在一些亟待解决的问题,如议事协调机制、全社会共同参与机制等。与香港食品的高安全率相比,上述问题尤显突出。文章借鉴香港食品安全监管的成功经验,提出改革我国食品安全监管模式的对策。
Recently,a series of food safety events showed that there were still some urgent problems on our current food safety supervision pattern in actual operation, such as the consultative and coordinating mechanism and the joint participation of the whole society mechanism. Compared to the high security factor of the Hong Kong＇s food,the above questions were particularly crucial. The paper draws on the successful experience of safely supervising the food in Hong Kong, and provides the countermeasures of the reform of our food safety supervising model.
