摘要
目的:探讨蜂黄液对鼻咽癌放疗所致皮炎早期干预的效果。方法:将我院80例鼻咽癌症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组自放疗的第一天开始敷药至放疗结束,对照组在患者出现皮肤反应后再敷药。结果:实验组的放射性皮炎反应程度明显低于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蜂黄液对鼻咽癌放疗所致皮炎早期干预效果良好,能减轻放射性皮炎的反应程度。
Objective：To investigate the bee yellow liquid on dermatitis caused by radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma effect of early intervention. Methods：80 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group since radiotherapy began on the first day and to the end of radiotherapy, the control group in patients with skin reactions occur after dressing. Results：The experimental group radioactive dermatitis reaction degree was lower than the control group, the treatment effect is better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The bee yellow liquid on dermatitis caused by radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma early intervention effect is good, can reduce the degree of response of radioactive dermatitis.
