摘要
为了选育优质、高产黄籽双低甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种,以黄籽双低隐性核不育系43A与F23R为亲本组配育成了杂交油菜新组合盛杂油10号(区试代号H4233)。该组合在2009—2011年的湖南省区域试验中,平均产量和产油量分别为172.87kg/667m2和70.19kg/667m2,比对照(中油杂2号和沣油520)平均增产9.0%和6.01%;生产试验平均产量为178kg/667m2,比沣油520(CK)增产8.27%;全生育期217.1d,比对照晚3d;杂种F2代种子的芥酸、硫苷和含油量分别为0.05%、22.27μmol/g饼和39.97%,于2012年5月通过湖南省品种审定委员会审定并命名为盛杂油10号。
Shengzayou 10, a new hybrid rape variety with high quality and yield, was bred from 43A, （a double low recessive genic male sterile line） F23R and approved by Hunan Crops Variety Examination Committee in May, 2012. Its average yield and oil yield were 172.87 kg/ 667m^2and 70. 19 kg/ 667m^2, 9.0% and 6.01% higher than CK （Zhongzayou 2 and Fengyou 520） in Hunan regional test during 2009-2011 respectively and the average yield in the production test was 178 kg/667m^2, 8.27% higher than CK （Fengyou 520）. The total growth period of Shengzayou 10 was 217. ld, 3d later than CK and the erucic, glucosinote and oil content of its F2 seeds was 0.05%, 22.27μmol/g·cake and 39.97% respectively.
