摘要
按目标分层,用分层模糊优选理论对流域综合开发方案进行优选,分层时允许评 价因素重叠,从而便于确定目标与评价因素的权重。对分层模糊优选模型进行了分 析,证明在单层模糊优选时与模糊综合评判模型有相同的排序,但结论更加离散。当 分层评判时,克服了模糊综合评判模型的结论值趋于均化难以产生合理评判结果的缺 点。
A multi-objective hierarchial evaluation method of water resources plans is presented.The stages are divided according to the objectives.The factors of evaluation are allowed to overlap so that the weights of the objectives and factors of evaluation can be determined easily.Through theoretical analysis and case study, the model has been proved to be more universal and efficient than the fuzzy comprehensive decision model.
