摘要
新中国成立以来,我国林产品价格政策经历了几次较大的变化,导致林产品价格的波动。以木材为例,首先阐述了林产品价格形成政策的演变,然后分析了林业政策对林产品价格波动的影响,包括影响原理及价格波动的原因,并根据1990～2010年木材产量及价格数据对分析进行了验证。在此基础上提出了稳定林产品价格的对策。
Forestry policy has experienced several major changes since the founding of New China and it leads to forest products price fluctuation.Takinf wood as example,the transition of forest products price mechanism was discussed first,then the influence of forest products price fluctuations under the forestry policy were analyzed,including influence mechanism and the reason of price fluctuation which are verified by the data of production and price during 1990-2010.Several countermeasures for stabling the forestry products prices were put forward.
