摘要
本文通过对华南地区农业院校的调查发现,农业院校大学生创业意愿受个体背景如性别、年级、专业、社会兼职、是否参加创业实践、是否家庭创业等因素影响,而学生干部、生源地等因素对创业意愿影响不明显。创业意愿影响因素分析表明,创业意愿主要受八种因素的影响,进一步的多元回归分析结果显示,人脉和资金支持、自学能力、创业氛围与创业教育、风险承担与挑战意愿以及事业心对创业意愿影响最大。
The investigation of agricultural universities in south China demonstrates that the will of students starting enter- prise is affected by gender, years in college, major, internship, enterprise practice, and family background. In contrast, student cadre experience and where they finished their education before college do not have significant effect on the enterprise will. A principal components analysis shows that there are eight primary factors that influence the will, within which, showed by mul- tiple regression analysis, social relationship and financial support, self-learning ability, atmosphere and education that encour- aging enterprise, willing to undertake risk and challenge, and ambition are the most influential factors.
