摘要
恩施州具有发展蔬菜产业的自然优势,但恩施蔬菜产业的发展存在区域分布不均衡、零散不成规模,病虫害严重影响蔬菜质量,劳动力不足及精品蔬菜量少,未形成品牌及产品附加值不高等问题,阻碍恩施蔬菜产业的发展。需要政府、企业、科研院所、农民等全方位参与和努力,提高恩施蔬菜质量,建立恩施蔬菜特色,树立恩施蔬菜品牌,完善恩施蔬菜产业链条,以推动恩施蔬菜产业健康可持续发展。
Absrtact:Enshi prefecture has natural advantages in developing vegetable industry,but the development of Enshi vegetable industry has problems of unbalanced regional distribution,scattered scale,serious impacts of pests and diseases on vegetable quality,insufficient labor force and small quantity of quality vegetables,lack of brand and low added value of products,which hinder Enshi vegetable industry development.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Enshi vegetable industry,the government,enterprises,scientific research institutes and farmers should take part in all-round efforts to improve the quality of Enshi vegetables,establish the characteristics of Enshi vegetables,establish the brand of Enshi vegetables,and improve the chain of Enshi vegetable industry.
