摘要
以朱晓琳备战伦敦奥运会赛前训练安排和训练内容及负荷结构为研究对象,旨在分析马拉松训练特点,探索马拉松训练规律。结果表明:1)朱晓琳伦敦奥运会赛前63天的训练,包括平原基础阶段28天,高原训练阶段40天。2)平原准备阶段的总训练量为1028km,总课次为54次,日平均训练量38.1km,80%无氧阈强度以下训练课次安排最多,占总课次的61%,训练量占总训练量的48%;其次,安排多的为85%~90%和90%~95%无氧阈负荷强度的训练安排,分别占总课次的17%和15%,训练量占总训练量的24%和21%,没有安排100%无氧阈强度以上训练课。3)高原阶段的总训练量为1271km,总课次为80次,日平均训练量31.8km,80%~85%无氧阈强度区域训练课次安排最多,占总课次的51%,训练量占总训练量的45%;其次,安排多的为80%无氧阈强度以下负荷的训练安排,占总课次的19%和训练量占总训练量的17%;85%~90%,90%~95%无氧阈强度区域训练课次分别占总课次的10%和8%,训练量占总训练量的14%和12%;95%~100%及100%无氧阈强度以上训练课次的安排分别占总课次的8%和5%,训练量占总训练量的11%和2%。
This paper, taking the training arrangement, training content and the structure of load of ZHU Xiao-lin before London Olympic Games as research subject, tries to analyze the characteristic of marathon training and discover the law of marathon training. The result shows that 1) ZHU Xiao-lin' s 63 days training before London Olympic Games, including 28 days' plain fundamental training, 40 days' altitude training. 2) The total miles of plain training is 1028km, the total training classes are 54, the average miles per day is 38. 1km, the training classes of anaerobic threshold load which under 80% are arranged more than other classes, 61% of the total training classes, 48% of the total training amounts; the training of anaerobic threshold load of 85%-90%, 90% -95% are more than the rest parts, 17%, 15% of the total training classes, 24 %, 21% of the total training amounts, 100 % of anaerobic threshold load is not used. 3) The total miles of altitude training is 1271km, the total training classes are 80, the average miles per day is 31. 8km, the training classes of 80 %- 85 % anaerobic threshold load are arranged more than other classes, 51% of the total training classes, 45 % of the total training amounts;the training of anaerobic threshold load which under 80 % is more than the rest parts, 19 % of the total training classes, 17 % of the total training amounts ; 85 % 90 %, 90 % - 95 % anaerobic threshold load, 10 %, 8% of the total training classes, 14 %, 12 % of the total training amounts; the training classes of anaerobic threshold load of 95 - 100 %, 100 %, 8 %, 5 % of the total training classes, 11%, 2 % of the total training amounts.
