摘要
目的:评价针灸配合手法丰乳的临床疗效。方法:将150例乳房扁平偏小患者随机分为针灸配合手法组、针灸组、手法组各50例。针灸组针刺主穴取膻中、乳根、膺窗、天溪、足三里、三阴交、少泽,留针30 min并用艾条施行温和灸,每日1次;手法组以乳房推拿为主,配合经络按摩,每日1次;针灸配合手法组以先行手法、后施针灸,每日1次;3组均以20天为一疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后分别测量每例的胸围值以及观察临床症状的变化。结果:针灸配合手法组丰乳疗效的有效率83.0%,针灸组有效率53.3%,手法组有效率26.7%。针灸配合手法组改善临床症状与针灸组相当(P>0.05),但均明显优于手法组(P<0.05)。针灸配合手法组改善胸围值第1疗程与手法组相当(P>0.05),两者均优于针灸组(P<0.05);第2疗程、第3疗程,针灸配合手法组优于针灸组,两组均优于手法组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合手法可提高丰乳的疗效,且见效快,无不良反应。
This study was aimed to evaluate clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Tuina methods in the abundant breast. A total of 150 small and fiat breasts patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture com- bined with Tuina group, acupuncture group, and Tuina group. There were 50 cases in each group. In the acupuncture group, RN17- Tanzhong, ST18-Rugen, ST16- Yingchuang, SP18- Tianxi, ST36-Zusanli, SP6-Sanyin- jiao and SI1-Shaoze were selected as main acupoints. The needles were retained for 30 minutes. Mild moxibus- tion was given with moxa stick. The treatment was given once a day. In the Tuina group, Tuina was given in the breast region and combined with meridian massage. The treatment was given once a day. In the acupuncture combined with Tuina group, Tuina was given in the beginning and then treated with acupuncture. The treatment was given once a day. Twenty days was considered as one section for each of the three groups. There were three sections in one treatment course. The pretreatment and post-treatment chest circumferences were measured in each case to observe the change of clinical symptoms. The results showed that the effective rate in the acupuncture combined with Tuina group was 83.0%, in the acupuncture group was 53.3%, in the Tuina zroun was 26.7%. The clinical symptom improvement in the acupuncture combined with Tuina group is similar with the acupuncture group （P 〉 0.05）. But the effect is much better than the Tuina group （P 〈 0.05）. In the first sec- tion, the change of chest circumference is similar in the acupuncture combined with Tuina group and Tuina group （P 〉 0.05）. Effects of both groups are better than the acupuncture group （P 〈 0.05）. In the second and third section, acupuncture combined with Tuina group is better than acupuncture group. Effects of both groups are better than the Tuina group （P 〈 0.05）. It was concluded that acupuncture combined with Tuina can improve the effective rate of abundant breast. This method has quick effect and no adverse
