摘要
本文采用理论驱动型的案例研究方法,分析中粮集团从组织战略契合视角出发构建人力资源管理体系的实践,探讨能有效执行战略的人力资源管理体系的构建途径。
Based on the perspective of strategic configurational,This paper adopt the theory-driven case study method to analyze the successful implementation of the strategic human resource management of COFCO, and discussed the human resources management systems which are under strategic configurational perspective do can implement the corporate strategy effectively. Furthermore, with the second survey of this system, we found a human resource management systems forming approach that can carry out the strategy effectively, we hope it will be practical.
