摘要
"从游"文化是在春秋战国历史大变革的背景下,伴随着士人阶层的形成而逐渐形成的一种教育传统。"从游"的主要价值在于弟子们通常以主动求学为动力,追随教师,不离左右,与老师朝夕相处中感润教师的德惠,濡染观摩之效不为而成。古代书院继承了这种文化传统,师生在共同生活中形成了以道相交、合志同方,师严弟恭、以爱相济,教学相长、亦师亦友融洽和谐的师生关系。研究中国古代书院师生关系的文化渊源及其特征,在此基础上继承和汲取积极因素,对于重建师生和谐关系具有一定的启示。
As is originated in the traditional Chinese education,the "Example-Following" culture was gradually nurtured in the formation of a class of scholars against the backdrop of ground-breaking historical changes in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period in Chinese history.The core value of "Example-Following" culture lies in the fact that generally the disciples pursued knowledge on their own initiatives by steadfastly keeping company with and modeling and learning from their teachers by osmosis.In the ancient academies that had inherited this tradition,teachers and students treated each other like friends and formed a harmonious relationship of camaraderie where teachers were severe but kind while students were very respectful to their teachers,where teaching and learning were mutually beneficial and helpful.A study on the cultural origin and characteristics of the teacher-student relationship in ancient Chinese academies is carried out to reveal the positive factors inherent in this tradition that should be inherited and to give inspiration to the reconstruction of the healthy relationship between teachers and students in today's colleges and universities.
